Compiler questions.

I have been trying to compile tnt, both 1.7 and 1.77, and I always
get an error with -lax25. What file is exactly being sought ?
T have a symlink from ax25 to /usr/src/ax25-utils-2.1.42a/lib, and it
does not help. FBB sources compile here like a charm. What's wrong,
or what am I doing wrong ?

I am not a C expert, but can manage to compile what others do
correctly. I need help with this one, my trick box is depleted by now.

I am using gcc 2.7.2.2, ax25-utils-2.1.42a, kernel 2.0.36...

Something else. I would like to properly install Lesstif. It compiles
OK at home, but seemingly is not installing correctly. I have
attempted to compile FBB's CORBA client and failed. I believe a
listing of a directory tree of a properly installed Lesstif could
help me to move mine to where it belongs.

On the beginning I did NOT install what X11 requires to compile X11
apps...now I see I missed disk space and foresight...help is
certainly welcome !
