How does one go about getting ampr.org routing to their node over the
Internet?

I have a full time Internet connection and had tried to get traffic for
my subnet routed to me through another local node (over an Internet path)
but this has proved to be a very unreliable -- on his end. I am looking
for another connection path.. How can I get things setup so I can get
traffic for my subnet routed to me?

I am trying to grow some TCP/IP packet activity in the area but it is
hard enough to sell this stuff to people running only 1200 baud.. and
with an unreliable connection it is becomes near impossible.

I have a registered IP address wa3nna.ampr.org 44.80.12.133
How do I get IP routing to this address over the Internet to work?

I was providing routing for the 44.80.12 and 44.80.14 subnets before
the connction broke down.. I need a more reliable connection. How?
