Then your receiver is "if i may say so" not on the right place at the correct
time, as i have qsl cards to prove qso's, expanding from 6 years ago.

I want to set up a stn, for experimental perporses on 10 meters 1200 baud,
i have the equipment, all i need is permission from our local club
directive, (which is granted) and of course a "special licence" from our
Post Office which is applied for, the experimental status of the server will
be tcp-ip over ssb radio at 1200 baud, with bbs connections and a link to
the dutch radio network for all world wide hams. The qrg will be defined by
our Post Office.
