If you mean the RS-232 speed, sure TNOS/JNOS or most any software will go up
to 19,200.

The hard way is holding the left ALT key and punching in the "192" or
whatever on the KEYPAD only... Or if you are using JNOS(etc) the command
param <port> 255 1
usually does the trick.
