Serving W3 over ax25

How can I serve web pages thur my ax25 or netrom port?
I'm running 2.0.34 with ax25-utils. Everything works fine
at this point but I would like to add the W3 feature. I would
like this to be available to both tcp/ip connects and ax25
connects.
