The full_ax25 sock structure has changed due to a fix in the number of
digipeaters.

xfbb works with 2.1.123 ax25 layer, only netrom layer don't work. I think
that it's better to wait for the fix of the netrom layer to accept -as ax25-
previous and actual size of the full_ax25 sock structure. Then I think there
will be no more compatibility problem.
