Willi,

This is normal.

Your station is sending out an ARP request, which is an attempt to get the
callsign of the destination station in order to establish the AX25 link.
If the destination station hears this, it will respond with a similar
packet. At that point, your station will send a SYN and establish the
TCP/IP connection.
