Kissattach is in the ax25 utils and really does it matter what method is
used to talk between tnos and the kernel, its only a psuedo link anyway
!!
now if you really want to be perverse try the tnos command "attach
kernel", there's rumours it sort of works !!, straight onto the stack !!
If your using tnos you will also need to use kernel routing should you
have more than 5 attached ports, it can be configured to run more, but
it gets its knickers in one hell of a twist, if you do.
have fun

Yes, I am trying to set up the pseudolink between tnos and the kernel. I
have
tnos in and it seems to be running ok. It turns out that I have neither
slattatch nor kissattach. But I do have dip so I'll give that a try
first..

My problem now is that the dip manual is over my head. I am unable to
come up
with a dip line that will be the equivalent of /sbin/slattach -s 38400
-p
slip /dev/ptypf &
Can you help me with this?
Thanks and to Gerd,J im, Tomi, Richard
