Yes, here at my Slackware machine they're all in /sbin .

Oh, I am afraid that I can't help you in this case, since I do't have
any experiences with RedHat. But I wonder if kissattach can
_really_ be a replacement for slattach. I doubt this.
So I'd recommend you to get an slattach package, for example at
ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/.22/linux/slackware-
3.5/source/n/tcpip2/slattach-1.2.0.tar.gz
Since I haven't tried this out I can not guarantee that this works for
you. Surely the others here at the list know more about this.
