I remember coming across this a few weeks ago..I remember thinking that
ax25-utils coudn't change the on-air bitrate of my KPC-3, so i figured
that it must indicate the kiss serial rate..and be used by kissattach.

No the AX-25 howto wasn't crystal clear on that..but i can imagine how
hard it could be to think of problems like this...and im just REAL
thankful that it's still being maintained..unlike other linux HOWTO's.
