Problem with slip link

Recently I completed my first Linux installation , R.H. 5.1. Then I
installed the rpm version of tnos 2.30. , following the installation
instructions at www.lantz.com. For the kernel side of the slip link I
added the example commands to my /etc/rc.d/rc.local file. (changed the
addresses to my own.)
When I execute the /etc/rc.d/rc.local file I get "no such file or
directory" at the five lines that use "/usr/net/bin"
I am completely stumped as to what to do next. The only error showing
in the autoexec.nos file is that this slip link is not established. Sure
would appreciate some help!
