scc driver and DCD on HF

hello everybody ,

i wan't to know if it's necessary to use an external DCD decoder
for HF trafic with USCC card and AM7911 modem ?
the DCD software seem to be only detect noise from RX and not
frame or tone activity.
the DCD software seem to be not adapt for hf trafic !
all comments are welcome.
