Subject: DIP and PPPD
Hi All,
I have been running JNOS with my linux system for a while. I was unable
to get multiple address until a few days ago and want to use the linux
to dial and keep the connect between my provider and jnos..
As of know JNOS has been doing the dialing but jnos has some problems. It
does not know when the connection is drop.
Now that I have the new ip addresses, I have been trying to get DIP to
dial into my provider. I am running dip 3.3.7 which is support to start
pppd after the chat script is finished.. I have been able to get
the chat script to work, after several hours of playing, but I have been
unable to get pppd to authenicate the PAP password.
I am not sure even if I have the option file right.. Can anyone send me
a OPTIONS File that works from them??? Any help would be appreciated..
