Ok 2.0.35pre4 is in the usual place (ftp.uk.linux.org:/pub/linux/alan)

This cleans up assorted small items (thanks Paul especially) and glitches
in option selection. In terms of additions there is only one new chunk of
code that will want heavy testing. Will folks please make sure pre4
correctly(ish) identifies their CPU -especially the AMD ones as I dont
own any AMD processors.

The other chunk of additions is the amateur radio updates which fix a pile
of AX.25 bugs and update all the amateur radio drivers/protocol layers. To
a non amateur user the total impact is that the slip code is now cleaner
as KISS is no longer hacked into the SLIP code and that sysctl supports
loadable sysctl tables, everything else is outside of non amateur use.

Radio amateur folks using old tools will want to pick up a more recent
axattach and friends - eg the 2.1.x versions.
