Very true. However the main point was that Thomas needed conversion
between the DOS and ISO national character more than DOS to
quoted-unreadable. And since he just wants to, if I understood correctly,
read he's packet mail with a unix MUA in the same machine I think it would
be worth trying. If it doesn't work, then add mimencode...
