Kissattach is trying to use a Tty IO Control to SET the line Discipline to
MKISS. The error message tells that it failed. The most probable reason
for this is that you have no MKISS support in your kernel or you compiled
it as a module and did not load it before using kissattach (or didn't
configure kerneld to autoload it).
