The "Wonderful Packet Radio Network" is a group of guys using
software written by several hams which are able to move messages from
their server to any other server thay can reach.

The moving of messages is called "forwarding". Based on a control
file I have set up when and how I forward to the 5 pbbs I work with.

The most popular software for this purpose id written by Jean-Paul
F6FBB and it is called the FBB pbbs. Mine is the Linux version that runs
under Linux. To get more complete documentation of the software I suggest
you locate version 5.15 of the FBB software for dos. It has a pretty good
manual that is still accurate in most details even with the Linux
versions.

The FBB software has a compressed format for forwarding messages
that speeds up the sending process. This is called FBB forwarding. Of
course FBB can forward in the older "normal" manner as well.

Did that answer your questions?
