You probably wont have any problems like VK3AVE SP2QBN and i have, the
problem we are having is because we have multiple ports at different
speeds.
As to a cause we dont know, i have some idea's and i am experimenting but
its difficlt to simulate. Futher more it seems to me its NOT spesific to
the USCC card as i have a PA0HZP card which works very much the same as a
PE1PET model, remember the pe1pet model is based on the pa0hzp card but
only has 2 ports and no opto's.

I have tryed AMD, ST and ZILOG Z8530 chips, i now have zlilog 85230's the
problem is the same with all of them.
