Forgive the "me too" style message, but I have *not* experienced this
problem either - kernel 2.0.30, scc driver 2.4c. My SCC card is homebrew
with a Zilog 8530, and I run open squelch to a simple 7910 modem (so high
numbers in the RX errors count!). My system runs a pretty heavy workload
with this card.
