Peter VK3AVE has reported the problem with scc driver 'going to sleep'.
In replay someone wrote it maight be uncorrect sqelch level adj.
Unfortunately it is not so trivial. I have to confirm Peter's
observations. The same happends with our digi (runnig 3 1k2 ports with
USCC card). I was able to observe it at console - everything is recived
OK, but nothing transmited. Only reboot helps. It is very painfull for
users because it happends even twice a day, mostly during heavy traffic.
It would be fine if someone solved that problem.
