I often got this problem with Z8530 chips. It seems that this is generally
due to some kind of chips which do not work as they should.
So I have made an experimentation and added a timer in the SCC driver to
re-initialize the port of the Z8530 when no TxInt are received after a
buffer has been sent to the driver. It now works from some monthes without
problem.
It only works for 2.0 kernels.
