I have a "go to sleep" problem also with a PA0HZP SCC card, 1 9k6 and 1 1k2
port, the problem ONLY occours on the 1k2 port.

You probably dont need to reboot, at least i dont, ifconfig down the
sleeping interface, and simply up it again, add routes again for the ifc.
Possably you will also need to restart ax25d and netrom, i noticed some
oddititys when not restarting them.

My situation is a little different, it might stay up for weeks on end,
othertimes it dissapiers twice a day.

On another machine i run with a pa0hzp card we have 3 ports, 2 4k8 and 1
9k6 we dont have this problem there, however we did when we had a 1k2 port.
Noticed it way back when using 2.0.27.

I have mentioned this problem here several times, however there has been
little responce.
