Not realy its in scc_eng.doc at least.

However there does seem to be a small discrepancie with sccparam, it does
not return the values, when i try:
sccparam scc# txd i get a return telling me what size it is, but when i try
sccparam scc# txbuf no return just a prompt, huum...
If i remember correctly i used to get a return value, like i said in my last
post i dont have any time at the minute, so next week i will look and see
what i can find.

I dont realy call altering scc.c cheating...
