ax25ipd fixed one way ...

dang thing was case sensitive in the ax25ipd file.

The other problem was the way I had it configured.

I went to an ssid of 0 for both calls, and wallah, it works.

Now, all we have to do is configure it to call kd4zkw-1
instead of kd4zkw-5 at the other end, and it'll be totally fixed.
BTW, next time anyone has a problem, tell them to turn logging on
at level 4. It says that logging is broken, so I never bothered to
turn it on. Once I saw what was going on, the rest was easy.
Sorry about all the bandwidth. Now to fix ttylinkd. Then comes
the rose switch, and dpbox should go online after that.
