Yes. You only have to change all occurrences of 'restrict' to, say,
RESTRICT in three files, rip98h.h rip98d.c and rip98r.c. I'm not sure if
filenames are just those, but anyway there's 3 files to edit. 'restrict'
is a reserved word in your C -compiler.

Should compile OK after you've modified those files.
