What ever you say Karl, but i wrote, use the "echo command" in a boot script.
For example in /etc/rc.d/rc.ax25 as long as it gets called by the system at
boottime.
echo 50 > /proc/sys/net/ax25/scc0/t1_timeout
Where scc0 would be your interface_name.
