This is strange, because when I was patching the kernel 2.0.33
with this module-14e, there were no rej's and everything was OK.
This look like you are use the old version of 'patch' program.
Versions prior to 2.2. worked bad, probably due to bug in it.
Try versions >= 2.2, I use 2.4 version of 'patch'.
The second thing is to have 'clean' kernel, I had problems
when I first patched kernel with fat32 patch, then module-14e,
when I reversed both patches and applied module-14e first,
there were no problems as I wrote above.
