Hi Karl,

libc6 (which I think is the same as glibc [??]) is in Red Hat 5.0, which
was released on Dec. 1. It will be in Debian 2.0 (probably in several
weeks) and presumably will show up in other distributions soon, as well.

I'm about to try upgrading my Debian 1.3.1r4 to the "unstable"
version containing the new libraries--it's a bit messy so I hope I don't
break anything.
