This is a problem in 2.0.30 also, after adding a route with axparms and
catting /proc/net/ax25_route the added route can be seen but does not work
either, however there is a small program which does ax25 routing its
included in the same ax25-utils you are using, how it works i dont know i
have never tryed it.
