Yes.

Nothing I'm aware of. All my packet systems run RedHat 4.2 currently.

Assuming KPC-3+ has KISS mode it should work. BP-2M is I believe a clone
of the original Baycom serial packet modem? It should work with the baycom
ser12 driver in the kernel.
