You mean like this? (part of config at oh2rbi-1.ampr.org):

/sbin/route add -net 44.139.20.0 netmask 255.255.252.0 window 392 dev nr0
/sbin/arp -H netrom -s 44.139.20.1 OH5RM
/sbin/arp -H netrom -s 44.139.20.12 OH5LBL

Works but isn't very efficient...
