pkcs is a system used to sign messages, which is used in smime email. It
appears in the latest and greatest IE and Netscape.
IMHO, it is a very poor cousin of PGP. Using both, it certaintly does not
have even some of the essential feature I need.
For us non-netscape/ie4 users, it is just another annoying attachment.
