axspawn patched to work with shadow passwords

I've patched axspawn.c to work for systems with shadow passwords.

This patch creates the entry in both the /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow.
Currently it just has a null entry for the password , but if there
is interest I shall add code to get user input and password.
