I would suggest, few of us setup two linux boxes, a local (shack area) ax25
9600 bauds (or 1200 bauds) link using dummy loads, and then download with
ftp a couple of hundred kilobytes.
We would see real figures of what should be (or can be) the bytes per seconds
of the links.
I am afraid we would get less than 100 bytes per second on the 9600 bauds link
between the two linux boxes, I heard of about 300 bytes per second on the
9600 bauds links with two Jnos boxes.
What do you think (or get) ?
