You need an uid->callsign association. 8-)

axparms -assoc callsign username

ie. if you have an username "jdc", and callsign of "xx1yy", you'd do

axparms -assoc xx1yy jdc

After that, node (and call, and others) know to use the callsign "xx1yy"
when user "jdc" rusn them. You need set the associations up after every
bootup, so you probably want to put the axparms invocations in your system
startup scripts.
