I done it and driver works and transmit on 16450.

sethdlc -i bc0 -d shows it:

-- rx: 85 tx: 0 rxerr: 0 txerr: 0 dbg1: 0 dbg2: 1203 dbg3:0

Only the rx counter changes and flag D flashes and the incomming frames
appear, when I try to send, the tx doesn't changes and flag P doesn't flash.
I tested it on 3 computers with old i/o cards and it was the same at all.
