Just FYI ifconfig and route come from net-tools-1.32.alpha-2 (as packaged by
RedHat). Also I still am pretty sure that these implicit routes have worked
for some time.

There aren't that many broadcasts on our network by ea4rct, and since the
only route which does odd things is the route to the 2m network, even
though rspfd was updating a route it probably shouldn't have touched, the
routing still worked, it just wasn't very efficient.

However, knowing the cause of the problem, and its solution (an explicit
route to the 2m net) solves the problem quite well, so it's no big problem.
