New release of AX25-HOWTO and AX25-UTILS

Hello All,
I've released a new release of the AX25-HOWTO and the AX25-UTILS for
your pleasure.

The new HOWTO is available at:

The new ax25-utils are available at:

ftp://ftp.pspt.fi/pub/linux/ham/ax25/ax25-utils-2.1.42.tar.gz

I've also taken the liberty of uploading a version of Jonathons
module-14b patch file with my fix for the IP/UI applied onto the same site.
