I use a tnc-2 plus here (made by digigrup ea) and a tm-733, and I need to
set the txtail to have an acceptable performance. The same thing happens
in the radio station at the gateway (with a paccom tnc), and I think that
I am not a special case.

So if this kiss command is obsolete, how can txtail be setted in
kiss mode ?

Note: In the version of ax25 and ax25 utils I am running now
(ax25-utils-2.1.37), the txtail is correctly setted with "kissparms".
