Yes, it should be. I don't remember removing it.
Convax25 only converts from the 2.0.* locations to the 2.1.*
locations. If you are upgrading from 2.1.22b to 2.1.37 then
you need only make a minor rebuild of the node.conf file.

Everything else should work the same way.
