You can tell wether or not a nodegroup is in the routing daemon with the
command 'group'. ie
# telnet 127.0.0.1 9006
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to 127.0.0.1.
Escape character is '^]'.

So I have no nodegroups.

It's because of the problem explained above, rspfd was not reading the line
in correctly because the man page is wrong.
