At least module-13/ax25-utils-2.1.37 isn't intrinsically different from
module-12/ax25-utils-2.1.22b.

Interestingly when I was copying the utils to the FTP directory, I had to
delete more files and free up more space than that required by the new
ax25-utils. I think that the disc pack in use is *very* full and I was
caught by the super-user disc space allocation rules. As you gather I'm
not a super-user on the machines at Uni. They suck anyway.

I think they still exist on the mirrors too. I hope to come to an
arrangement about a new FTP site soon.
