The file is now available on my FTP site.

The bad news is that my FTP site has run out of disc space and I had to
delete a load of stuff in order to accomodate the ax25-utils. I had hoped
to keep ax25-module-12 and ax25-utils-2.1.22b available for a while, but
they had to go, sorry.

Since I will be leaving University in June I will have to move my web
pages and FTP site elsewhere. I will be following up a change of site, but
my site will be available until June, although with the current disc
availability I may be forced to move before then.
