Sorry Pete, this isn't news.
Module13 changes quite a bit from Module12.

If you run over to sunsite.unc.edu and look in /incoming/linux
you might find ax25-utils-2.1.37.tar.gz which will compile against
2.0.30 and module13. If they aren't there then they might have already
been moved to /pub/Linux/apps/ham
