The call program in the ax25-utils supports both standard YAPP and FBB
extended YAPP-C.

AFAIK you have to ensure that each AX.25 interface has a valid amateur IP
address and then set your IP routes to get everything going out the right
interface.

Despite doing the kernel AX.25 and friends, I'm not a big fan of IP over
amateur radio, at current speeds at least.
