Assuming that you have the bind utils installed:

# named-xfer -z ampr.org -f ampr.org -s 0 ucsd.edu

Then look at the file ampr.org. You can also download the stuff using
ftp from ftp.ucsd.edu.... But... why download the file manually, when we
have DNS, the Domain Name Service ? Just configure your hosts to use a
dns server, and you'll have definitive, authoritive information as long as
you have network connectivity.
