Terry,
I have a proposal. The ax25 library is great for programs included
in the ax25-utils package. But if someone wants to use it without
going through the hastle of including their app in the ax25-utils
package, then they have to resort to what Mark Wahl has done with the
TNT package.

So I propose to make libax25 its own package so that apps don't have
to be part of the ax25-utils package to take advantage of the
functions.
