Now children... No need to start flaming.
I appreciate everyones ideas, suggestions and comments.
The phone company called back to tell me a lightning struck line was
causing the problem. Evedently it had been hit last summer and was
corroding. When a few other complaints came in they decided to replace the
whole line next week.
I don't know where the line was or how close to the 95 MHz station it came,
but I hope this fixes all.

I asked for reimbursement for lost quality and they laughed....
Should have known better. Thanks again for the help - 73's Tim
