Using ISDN for repeater phone lines?

This is way out of context for this group, but...

Our local club has a repeater riddled with RFI on the phone lines and audio
lines. After many many months of modifications and RFI suppressors and
whatnot we finally moved the repeater to a nearby quieter site. We still
get RFI on the phone line from a nearby 95 MHz station. The phone company
says there is nothing they can do. I want to suggest the following but need
to hear from you if you have a better idea.

I have a ISDN phone line. Using my $300 motorola 'terminal adapter' I get
the use of two analog phone lines or I can substitute either or both for
64K data channel. This is all automatically done. I would like to suggest
that the club pay the $450 startup (including our hardware) and $30 per
month (for 20 hours of outgoing calls). This would eliminate the
possibility of RFI on the data line, and allow us to control the repeater
remotely without tieing up the autopatch phone line. We could also connect
in on the data channel if the repeater controller has a RS-232 connection.

Has anyone used ISDN for this?? Does this seem like a logical step? Do you
have a better idea?

Again, sorry for misplacing this post, but I think the most knowledgable
hams that I have contact with are subscribed to these two lists. 73's - Tim
