Your configuration files all looks fine, though your 'idle' timer looks
quite short at 10 seconds.

This is odd. I can't think of anything to explain your problem.
Do you mean that if you reboot you can connect to one port,
and then if you next attempt to connect to the other port it
doesn't answer the call, ie doesn't even connect ? or you get
connected and then immediately disconnected ? or you connect
and just get no response ?
What happens if you connect to your 9k6 port, disconnect and
then try to reconnect to it ? Does that work ok ?
